Defiance RM3: Lieutenant Man

Now here's the 3rd Robot Master for Megaman Defiance, Lieutenant Man. Lieutenant Man was basically built by Wily to be the leader of the Sniper Joes. He now serves in the Robot Rebellion. Before I made this guy, I got to wondering "Why hasn't anyone made a Sniper Joe Leader?" So I decided to make one and bam, here he is.

With all the many Sniper Joes that Dr. Wily has created, Wily needed someone to lead all the Joes he's made. This is where Lieutenant Man comes in. Lieutenant Man once served as the great leader of the Sniper Joes, but now serves under the Robot Rebellion, along side the many Joes who also joined the Rebellion. Lieutenant Man is actually a Prototype (as there are many others before him) but has worked his way up a top rank. He is a great leader but he lacks a strategic mind. Because of this, some of his missions tend to end in failures. But despite that, Lieutenant Man is a well built Robot Master, even thous he is a prototype.
